LA CORNUE RANGES
La Cornue was founded in 1908 by Albert Dupuy, a discerning gourmet who was inspired by new technology. With the aim of designing and constructing the most reliable range available, he invented the first gas oven built for the home. Many of Albert’s principles of cooking are still used in La Cornue ranges today, and the company is now run by the founder’s grandson Xavier Dupuy in Paris.
A kitchen with a gorgeous La Cornue range as a centerpiece makes a dramatic design statement but the remarkable array of options for creating fabulous feasts and everyday meals that a La Cornue range provides enforces this amazing combination of a custom design with cooking versatility.
Every range and cook top in the La Cornue 5 Star Line, is handcrafted as ordered, allowing you to customize the cooktop configuration, color and trim and also bears an emblem engraved with your name. The range cooktops feature one 20,000 BTU burner, three12, 000 BTU burners and one 13,500 BTU burner under the plaque or "french top". Options for the cooktop configuration include an electric BBQ, electric burners and an additional plaque. Each range is equipped with one gas and one electric oven.

La Cornue Ranges are at retail price comparable to a professional series range. but the CornuFé gives a more traditional style option with professional performance.
Features of the CornuFé range include a 17,500 BTU central burner, French side-swing doors, a gas cooktop and two electric convection ovens, one of which features seven cooking modes.

Château
La Cornue Château ranges are produced by artisans with care and patience. They are essentially made by hand of the finest material.The cast iron, stainless steel, solid brass, nickel and porcelain enamel have been carefully selected in advance. Every Château range is assembled entirely by hand, from one worker, from start to finish.
Château ranges are only built to order. Each one is unique, and you will have to wait three months before becoming the proud owner of one of these bespoke ranges.
Cornue fÉ
La Cornue CornuFé range, the newest range in the La Cornue family, maintains much of the popular styling of the traditional Château line while taking advantage of the affordability of manufacturing.
Like the Château, the CornuFe is an exquisitely-designed product. Available in Gloss Black, Ivory White, Forest Green, Provence Blue or solid Stainless Steel, the range can be trimmed in either solid Satin Chrome trim, or Satin Chrome with Polished Brass or Copper accents.
